Microservices have become the de facto standard in modern application architecture. Modern application workloads are spread among several groups of microservices, cloud services, and legacy services. Kubernetes has become the industry standard for deploying microservices, with service meshes allowing developers to isolate and control service-to-service connections. Choreo Connect is an API microgateway that is cloud-native, open-source, and developer-focused. It offers first-rate Kubernetes support while supporting a variety of API management quality of services (QoS), such as message security rate-limiting, observability, and message mediation.
Choreo Connect is a #microgateway for exposing heterogeneous microservices as APIs to end users using a standardized API interface based on the Open API Specification. This allows external customers, internal consumers, and partners to access microservices through a uniform interface. Choreo Connect delivers flexibility, scalability, and resilience to match today's cloud-native demands as a microgateway. The system, which is powered by Envoy proxy, can execute billions of transactions per day due to its high throughput, low latency, and compact footprint. Choreo Connect can run in the cloud, on-premises, or in a hybrid environment standalone, or with API Manager or Choreo as the control plane.
By attending this webinar, you will obtain a thorough knowledge of #ChoreoConnect 1.0.0 capabilities and how they contribute to the design of the next-generation API platform on Kubernetes.
