Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) unifies the technologies from Cloudera Enterprise Data Hub (CDH) and Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP). As part of that unification process, Cloudera merged the YARN Scheduler functionality from the legacy platforms, creating a Capacity Scheduler that better services all customers.
