In 2023, many business intelligence conferences returned to in-person events. While some events slated for 2024 are still virtual or hybrid, this year's top business intelligence events have something in common from Spain, to France, Italy, Japan, Australia and Las Vegas in the United States.

We had a jam-packed week alongside more than 60,000 attendees at Amazon Web Services (AWS) re:Invent, one of the largest hands-on conferences in the cloud computing industry. Engaging with partners and customers — and showcasing what’s new on the Snowflake product front — made for a dynamic time in Las Vegas. Here are highlights from the collaborations, integrations and product enhancements that we were proud to dig in to throughout the week.

Along with approximately 70,000 other souls from around the globe, the NodeSource team attended Web Summit 2023 earlier this month. Famous for being the largest European tech event (or even the world), Web Summit was full of riveting AI conversations, more than 2,600 startups, and plenty of tasty food trucks and, of course, amazing local cuisine.

It's been 12 days since 61 speakers took to the stage for our 2023 Mobile DevOps Summit. There were a total of 43 sessions on day one and 13 workshops on day 2. We had a lot of content! Here are a few memorable quotes from the 2-day Summit!

API Summit 2023 is a wrap! Over the two-day conference (our sixth-annual event), we packed in over 40 hours of content in 100 sessions touching on everything from ensuring reliable connectivity to generative AI. We heard from investors about the future of APIs, as well as stories from users and customers from all over the world. And, of course, we also had plenty of Kong-related news to share. Here are some of the highlights from the event and a round-up of all the Kong news dropped this week.

There was a huge amount of buzz about Apache Flink® at this year’s Kafka Summit London. From an action-packed keynote to standing-room only breakout sessions, it's clear that the Apache Kafka® community is hungry to learn more about Flink and how the stream processing framework fits into the modern data streaming stack.

It’s that time of the year again! I’m still buzzing about this year’s Showfloor Showdown at Gartner Data & Analytics Summit in London, where I had the opportunity to showcase ThoughtSpot's AI-Powered Analytics. In the spirit of facilitating a side-by-side comparison, we were all invited to look at global flooding and weather station data, analyze the variables affecting these natural disasters, and present key findings to the crowd.

This years I/O can be easily summed up by just one phrase: “AI”. AI absolutely everywhere. Sundar Pichai started, mentioned numerous times and ended the Keynote by mentioning AI. Some of the main announcements around AI for developers included the general availablity of “Bard” supporting 20 programming languages and use of the “PaLM 2” based models with some like “Gecko” small enough to run on mobile devices.
